Wood Stove Shipping & Delivery
We specialize in safely preparing and shipping large, heavy wood stoves throughout the United States. Every stove is professionally prepared, wrapped, palletized, and shipped through our established freight network.
Shipping Rates
Standard Freight Shipping — $450 USD
Our standard freight rate applies when the stove can be delivered to a commercial location with a suitable loading dock or forklift, or to a freight terminal that can accept the shipment.
The $450 standard freight charge includes professional preparation, wrapping, palletizing, freight transportation, delivery coordination, tracking, and delivery to the designated freight terminal or qualifying commercial delivery location.
Brokerage & Import Fee — $125 USD
A flat $125 brokerage and import fee applies to every wood stove shipped to the United States.
This fee covers the brokerage and import-related services required to bring your stove across the border and into the U.S. delivery network.
Residential Liftgate Service — $75 USD
If your stove must be delivered to a residential location or another location without a suitable loading dock or forklift, an additional $75 residential liftgate service fee applies.
Liftgate service allows the freight carrier to safely lower the palletized stove from the trailer to ground level.
Your Delivery Options
Commercial or Freight Terminal Delivery — $575 USD
$450 standard freight + $125 brokerage and import fee.
This is the most economical delivery option. It applies when you can receive the stove at a suitable commercial location with a loading dock or forklift, or at an appropriate freight terminal.
Residential Delivery with Liftgate — $650 USD
$450 standard freight + $125 brokerage and import fee + $75 residential liftgate service.
This option is for residential deliveries or other locations where a loading dock or forklift is not available.

U.S. Customs Requirements
U.S. Customs requires additional information for certain higher-value imports.
Orders over $2,500 USD require a Social Security Number or business EIN and the associated address.
This is a U.S. Customs requirement and is not a requirement created by Wainfleet Trading Post. If preferred, this information may be provided directly to our customs broker.

Preparing for Delivery
Large freight shipments require a little more preparation than an ordinary parcel delivery.
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate and matches the information provided with your order.
A working telephone number is required so the freight carrier can arrange your final delivery.
Before ordering, please consider whether your delivery location has suitable access for a large freight truck and a palletized wood stove.
If you have a loading dock, forklift, commercial location, or access to a suitable freight terminal, please let us know. These options may eliminate the need for residential liftgate service.
