Each one of my items is Hand Finished with Pride of Workmanship and Attention to Detail drawing on years of finishing technic and accumulated vintage material resources to create something unique which I hope will still be enjoyed many years after I am gone.
I use a several layered finishing process to give each piece a rich patina that gives the look of a favoured treasure that has been used daily ... And indeed many of the pieces I build are modelled after exact items I have built or finished for appearance and functionality for my own home. And as I use them every day I can tell you they get better the more they get used. My wife occasionally becomes attached to them and will lay claim to one so I have to build another just like it to sell.
