Each one of my items is hand-built with Pride of Workmanship and Attention to Detail drawing on years of finishing technique and accumulated vintage material resources to create something unique which I hope will still be enjoyed many years after I am gone.
I use several layered finishing processes to give each piece a rich patina that gives the look of a favored treasure that has been used daily ... And indeed many of the pieces I build are modeled after exact items I have built for appearance and functionality for my own home. And as I use them every day I can tell you they get better the more they get used. My wife occasionally becomes attached to them and will lay claim to one so I have to build another just like it to sell.
