form and function at its zenith ... top quality steel - still has a great edge it is SHARP !
this looks like a personal weapon the way it is balanced and the handle is not designed nor intended for rough work when you handle it you can just tell you and holding a work of art . I did not attempt to clean it but I would not be surprised if there is a blacksmiths name on it ... it needs clean up and slight attention ... maybe a leather wrap on the handle and it would be perfect !

The vintage vise found at this Trading Post was a fine piece of vintage tooling. The item was well "loved" but with a little effort, refreshed for another 50+Yrs.
